Returns and Exchanges

 


Products available for redemption on this site are made available through the Special Markets Departments or Divisions of the respective Products' Manufacturer.  These Special Markets Products can only be sold to you as a Recipient of an Award or Incentive through an nCentix Rewards and Incentives program.  The purchase and sale of these Special Markets products is highly controlled and are not available for sale to the general public. In order to make such an oustanding offering of merchandise and other Redemption Options available to you, nCentix has entered into contractual relationships with each of the manufacturers and / or authorized distributors of each of the Products and other Redemption Options that are available at www.redeemwishes.com. 

Links to items available for purchase are located on our product information pages. To review the listings and place an order, just click the link on the product information page. Click the "Add to Cart" button to place an item in your shopping cart. Once you have completed the order process, nCentix will send a picking order or other notification along with your name and shipping address to the respective fulfillment house or manufacturer who will then ship the item directly to you.  All Redemptions are either fulfilled by fulfillment warehouses located throughout the United States or are fulfilled directly by the Manufacturer of the Product.  For example, CL Bailey Pool Tables are shipped directly to you, the Recipient, from a CL Bailey warehouse.  This process of fulfillment, warehousing, and handling merchandise is very efficient and cost effective which allows us to offer Products at much lower prices than would otherwise be required.

nCentix will be providing you with the first line of customer service for the item being redeemed.  For example, if you order a Canon camera, then that camera will be shipped directly to you from Canon or from a Canon authorized distributor.  Included with your order and as a part of the documentation contained inside the packaging for your order, you will find warranty and customer service information for each item being received.  You should register your Product with the Manufacturer upon receipt and follow the instructions included with your Product for any Warranty Claim or for questions about the Product.  If you have a problem with your order such as you didn't receive the right product, it is the wrong color, the Manufacturer isn't handling your warranty claim appropriately, you should log into your www.redeemwishes.com account and, at the bottom of the page, under CUSTOMER SERVICE, there is an option for RETURNS.  You should select RETURNS and complete the accompanying form which will generate an RMA REQUEST and notify nCentix Customer Service of the problem.  nCentix CUSTOMER SERVICE will, after some research into your problem, contact you for additional information about your problem, issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ("RMA"), direct you to follow the Manufacturer's Warranty instructions, or otherwise help to find a solution for the problem.

When you select the item for which you wish to Redeem your points or certificates, be certain of the item for which you are redeeming and that it is what you truly want.  nCentix has a policy of NO REFUNDS for any reason whatsoever. Each item, product, or Redemption Option has its own unique policy for Returns and Exchanges.  The Return and Exchange Policy for each Product or Redemption Option is available on www.redeemwishes.com as part of Product information. For example, included with each Product detail there are one or more TABS such as Description, Returns and Exchange Policy, etc.  The Description Tab is visible as the default.  You must click on the TAB entitled Returns and Exchanges Policy in order to review the unique policy for the selected Product or Redemption Option.   

 


Recipient's (Your) Privacy

On this site, we have the ability to charge your credit card directly.  Our name, nCentix LLC or Redeemwishes.com, along with the Customer Service telephone number, (855) 694-3222, will be shown on your credit card statement.  Please feel free to call Customer Service if there is a problem with your purchase or with the amount that was charged to your credit card.

Neither nCentix nor Redeemwishes.com pass along any credit card information except as required to complete the payment or credit card processing.

 


Paying For Your Purchase

All purchases must be made with a Points or a Certificate or, if the Certificate is insufficient to complete the Redemption, a combination of a valid credit card and Points or a Certificate. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

 


Shipping Times

When you make a Redemption, Products usually ship within two business days of the completed order. Shipping times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 2 to 14 business days depending on the item being purchased. For example, if you Redeem for

  • A Visa Reward Card, the card will be embossed with your name on the face of the card and will then be shipped directly to you from the fulfillment house.  Visa Reward Cards are normally received within 10 days from the initial Redemption Order.
  • Some items, such as Pool Tables, Foosball Tables, other game tables, etc., are placed on pallets to protect the item.  Once properly packaged, these items are shipped on a truck.  These items may take longer to receive than items that were shipped UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
  • Normal sized items will ship within the 2 to 14 business day time frame via UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS, or other shipping method.

If you have any questions regarding your shipment, we ask that you contact the Customer Service number that is included in the paperwork that was included with your shipment.

 


Shipping Charges

Since Products will be shipped from various warehouses through out the country, the fulfillment houses and the Manufacturers shipping and handling charges and will vary accordingly.  Your item will be shipped to you from the warehouse closest to your shipping address.  This will speed the time from order to delivery and will help keep shipping costs to a minimum.

 


Changing Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Once an order is submitted you are unable to change the billing information, shipping address, or delivery method.

If the shipping address is not correct, you will need to contact nCentix Customer Service to have them change the shipping address for you.   There is no guarantee that the Customer Service will be able to change your shipping address.

 


Canceling an Order

We are unable to cancel an order. Once an order is placed, you will be unable to cancel the order.

 


Refunds

If we are unable to ship an item, we will issue a full or partial refund in exactly the same manner that was originally used to place the Redemption Order.   You will receive an email confirmation from RedeemWISHes.com. The funds will be refunded back to the credit card the buyer used to make the purchase and / or credited back to the Points or Certificate account balance, as applicable.

 


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

You should receive your purchased items in new condition unless otherwise noted in the Product Description.  You can file a RedeemWISHes.com Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) under certain circumstances.

You are eligible to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if:

  1. You never received the item purchased.
  2. You received a different item than the one purchased.
  3. The item received was materially different than what was listed.

Please note that the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be completed and filed no later than 10 days after the purchase date.  Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) filed after 10 days after the purchase date will be rejected.

You can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). from your My Account area. Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been requested, you will receive a confirmation email and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be researched. Any refunds will be issued to your credit card and/or Points or Certificate account balance, as applicable, used for the original purchase.

How it Works

You will receive rewards for length of service, punctual time & attendance for an entire month and punctual time & attendance for every month for an entire year. Rewards can be redeemed when you want, for whatever you want, for merchandise, gift cards or special requests. Points are as good as cash and can be redeemed as soon as you get them! We value you as a team member and this is our way of saying 'Thank You'. Have fun shopping ***ATTENTION: If you are redeeming your points for a Visa Rewards Card, please click on 'Visa Rewards Cards'. Once an image of a card is visible on your screen and BEFORE adding the card to your cart, please click on 'Visa Reward Card' again (shown next to the picture of the reward card). This will bring up a 'price' box where you will be able to add the amount of points you wish to redeem. Once you have added the point value, you can click on 'Add to Cart' and proceed to checkout. REMEMBER to 'Apply Voucher' and then continue on with the checkout process.
